Spanish term

Libro de proyecto

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general)
Hello!

I've working on a translation where the different documents that need to be submitted for a RFP are being described. It often refers to "Libro de projecto". From the context and doing some research, I have come to the conclusion that it refers to the final document handed in, comprised of all the different surveys and studies (QRA, HSE, geotechnical, HAZOP, etc.) required for an engineering project.

Does anyone know what the term would be in English?

Thank you!

Hello everybody! First of all, thank you all for your answers.
I have looked into all the terms you suggested, and didn't find what I was looking for. Then I re-read the comment I had posted, and figured perhaps it would be best to provide more context.
El "Libro Final" refers to the "final book" of the FEL stage of a project, in an RFP. I do not know if this changes anything. Using your suggestions, I have googled and found an option: the "Package", i.e. the final design-package of the FEL stage. Could this be an option?

Project book/file/dossier

I don't think "report" really works, since that implies it has already happened. A literal translation works fine.
Peer comment(s):

agree James A. Walsh : Agree about the implication of "report" — "project file" would be my choice here.

Gracias, Marco.
neutral James A. Walsh : Agree with Phil's point that "report" implies it has already happened.//Not really, it's everything that needs to go into the tenderer's envelope (or email) basically. I'd call that the "project file" (or "dossier", from a tenderer's viewpoint)

You don't think it could be a preliminary project report? Anyway, the asker states that it refers to the "FINAL document'.

Project Manual

If it is a construction project in the US, I am 100% sure. It includes everything except the drawings themselves. Can be hundreds or perhaps thousands of pages.

PROJECT MANUAL

Many think of specifications as a written construction documents. Specifications communicate the type and quality of materials while drawings communicate the quantity and layout. But it's important to know that specifications don't equal project manual, but instead it's a primary component of a project manual.

Other documents included in a project manual are:

Bidding Requirements
Contract Forms
Conditions of Contract
Specifications
Tips: In 1963, the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) introduced MasterFormat to organize information in a project manual. Know the sections, parts and divisions in a MasterFormat - they do show up in the exams!
