French term

ORNANE

French to English Bus/Financial Investment / Securities bonds
This is from a heading in an informational document, but I haven't been given the source for the paragraph below it:

Information sur les ORNANE

I know from the context of the other headings that this is a type of bond. I see references to it on the internet, but there's no wikipedia entry for it, and I can't find any general info about it --- for instance, it's full name! I'm assuming this is an acronym.

What's the full name of this?

ORNANE (bond redeemable in cash and shares)

Just Google the word. The first hit, from Les Echos via Vernimmen.net:

Keep the French initialism in all capitals and gloss it in parenthesis.

No real need to say "new and existing" shares. That's a technicality that no one in the Anglosphere pays much attention to.

Not, not the same as ORA. This is a bond redeemable in cash plus an equity kicker.
Note from asker:
Is this the same as ORA?
