Context provided elsewhere: unacceptable I noticed from a colleague's posting that some of the context we have been asking for is provided by the presence of another question. We should not have to look elsewhere in case there are clues to be found in other questions. However quickly you post, the question may become separated and it is never obvious anyway that one question will give information about another. Also no use for future users arriving via the glossary etc.

All it takes is a bit of quick cutting and pasting to provide the information again and again. Please.

Have to put that I am guessing, since we still don't have the context. Of course I may be way off the mark.

You will perhaps notice that I have absorbed "procederá", since, imo, its function is to express the future. Unnecessary verbiage?!

ante el citado= to the aforementioned ... or even before the summoned party.
To properly translate "ante el citad(o)" more context would be needed. It's always better to post the whole sentence if possible, " citado" could be transalated as "aforementioned" or "summoned party". Good luck :)
