This is from a document describing management methods for bad debt/default/claims. This word seems to only appear by itself, maybe an acronym for some kind of financial method/organisation reltaed to debt/default.

more context: Sorry it is just a single line in a PPT flow chart, so there is very little context. I have translated it as recovery as in debt recovery. It is on the top of a chart showing the different stages of debt default, from initial notices of late payment all the way to post-litigation debt write-off.

REQUEST PAYMENT

I do not think it is an acronym or the name of a financial computer program. If it is a flow chart with steps in debt collection, to request a payment would be either the initial or close to the first steps. In the last steps or close to them, it would mean OBTAINS PAYMENT.
