I cannot/do not know how to log a technical help case with RWS support. The support email is no longer monitored.
I need them to reset my TBM5 license. I installed a new hard drive in my computer and I could not deactivate the Translation Business Manager 5 license. As a result, I cannot activate the license on the new computer. I have tried to deactivate the license offline through the RWS personal account, but it does not work.
