Dear Colleagues in Singapore...

I would like to invite you to join me for a gathering of translation professionals in Singapore this October, a simple dinner in a casual setting, where we can mingle, share resources, chit-chat and talk shop (or not).

There're no fees or anything. I will make a booking at the restaurant based on the responses I get and that's it. You just pay for your own food order. We can also order some food to share... we'll see how it goes on the day itself.

Interested but the venue Oct 10, 2018

Thanks for organizing but Harbourfront is quite out of the way for me as I have to change at Outram to the NE line. Could we have more central location like Orchard or City Hall?

My apologies for the late reply as it has been a busy couple of weeks for me.

Thank you for your interest in the event and I'm sorry the location is out of the way for you.

It's a casual dinner setting so it's really fine even if you take a longer time and reach later. Hopefully, we'll still get to see you on that day.
