Latin term or phrase: deperactis
From an 1806 marriage record in what is now Poland: “Ego Ignatius Rakowski, Vicarius Ecca Piątnicensis, Benedixi Matrimonium Contractum inter Nobiles Laurentium Karwowski, Juvenem Parochianum Drozdoviensis (habito a Curato Loci Testimonio deperactis – debite Bannis in Parochia Sponsi, ac de non obstantis Impedimentis) et Mariannam Biedrzycka, Virginem praemissis 3bus Bannis In Ecca Piątnicensis nulloque obstante Impedimento…”

I understand that Rev. Ignacy Rakowski was blessing a marriage contracted between the nobleman Laurentius (=Wawrzyniec) Karwowski, a young man from the parish of Drozdowo, and Marianna Biedrzycka, a maiden. I also understand that--on the bride's behalf--the marriage was preceded by 3 publications of the banns in the church in Piątnica with no impediment. It appears that the banns were also published in the groom's parish of Drozdowo without impediment, but I don't understand the phrase "habito a Curato Loci Testimonio deperactis - debite..."

English translation:about [the banns] having been [duly] performed
Explanation:
There appears to be a problem with word separations and punctuation.

My reading is as follows:

habito a Curato Loci Testimonio
the testimony of the local curate having been had/obtained

de peractis debite Bannis in Parochia Sponsi,
about the fact that the banns have/had been duly performed in the parish of the groom

ac de non obstantis Impedimentis
and that no Impediment prevents [the wedding]

I believe that "Impedimentis" has a cap because it refers to the "Impediments to marriage" under Canon Law (see reference).
