a levy of execution of the Defendant/s/ by furnishing security or payment into court Explanation: Must be something to do with 'vorläufige Vollstreckbarkeit' interim, so immediate enforceability of judgement and / or legal and court costs of either side. The genitive case of der Beklagten is confusing as to the subject 'by an agent' and object 'against the target', Vollstreckung *in* routinely meaning against assets. Suggested translation: 'the Plainitff/s/ E+W: Claimant/s/ > 'shall be at liberty to avert / forestall / a levy of execution of the D. by furnishing security or paying into court the amount enforceable pursuant to judgment, plus 5%, unless the Defendant herself/ the Corporate Defendants themselves / - pre-execution - pay security to the extent of the relevant amount enforceable by judgment, plus 5%.' Notes: BrE: furnishing security AmE posting of a /cost/ bond Die Klägerin : a fem. Plainitff or Claimant/s > corporates pluralised in E+W Die Beklagte: a fem. Defendant or Defendant/s > corporates pluralised in E+W in certain courts, such as the County Court and QBD of the High Court. Example sentence(s):

entitlement to enforce the defendant by a guarantee or deposit Explanation: I understood 'The applicant is permitted or entitled to enforce the defendant by guarantee or deposit on the amount due to be paid to a judiciary panel (an amount which is enforceable on the basis of a judgement).' -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 6 days (2021-01-26 12:26:50 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- (1)"a levy of execution of the defendant' (2) 'an entitlement to enforce the defendant' Why is number one (1) acceptable while number two (2) has been disagreed? (1) 'by furnishing security or payment' (2) 'by a guarantee or a deposit' Why has number two (2) been disagreed when the connotation is basically the same as number one (1)? The applicant is a claimant who seeks a payment or compensation. 'You' do not pay anything to a judicial panel but those concerned are a defendant and a claimant (or applicant). Those are two people but not 'you'. Any money retrieved from the defendant would be paid through a panel, or a payment system alongside a court. However the selected answer prefers 'execution' which is unusual. Example sentence(s):
