Explanation:
Ich habe den unten stehenden Link gefunden, der in diesem Zusammenhang ganz interessant zu sein scheint.
Obwohl er keine eindeutige Lösung bietet, liefert er aber zumindest Hinweise. Die einen raten dazu, den Begriff so zu lassen, wie er ist. "Fellows" sind Dozenten/Gastdozenten der Universität, wobei aber scheinbar nicht alle Mitarbeiter automatisch auch "Fellows" sind. Ich persönlich würde die Originalbezeichnung beibehalten und evtl. in Klammern dahinter eine kurze Erklärung in Deutsch dazu geben.
