This proved to be a "postgraduate" program. The student completed 6.5 years of medical studies and then a three-year postgraduate program. Thanks to both of you for your answers, gentlemen. A "postgradado" can definitely be translated as a "graduate" program in many cases.

  -> Dude!You're rude. Latin countries' educational system: "postgrado" may be anything after a bachelor's (e.g. specialization). For NACES, Grad degrees are from M.A. upwards in credential evals. "Postgrado" isn't necessarily a (post)Grad degree www.naces.org
